How our event bar process works:

At Top Shelf Server we understand that your event is a reflection of your unique story. That’s why we empower people who want a more hands-on approach to create a memorable celebration without breaking the bank. From weddings to corporate events to holiday house parties.... you need our great bartenders!
Step 1
Inquiry & Quote
We are an open bar service where you purchase your own alcohol. Once we receive your inquiry form, you should receive an immediate quote for services and our standard information detail packageto review.
step 2
Bar Service Agreement & Deposit
Once a decision is made to go with our service. Within 48 hrs you should receive a Bar Service Agreement to review, sign and secure the date with a deposit.
step 3
Bar Menu Planning
Now the fun starts! Collaborate with us to create a customized bar menu for your event. We have signature cocktail ideas to share as well as affordable local selections to keep you on budget. We will then calculate out everything you need down to the last ice cube.
Step 4
Alcohol Purchasing
Once you have those calculations and other items discussed needed for your event - it's time to buy the alcohol. We are happy to recommend vendors for this part if you are not local and certainly have enough tips and tricks to make this process seamless. All you have to do is have it by the bar so our staff can set it up the way they know best.
Step 5
Event Setup & Service
Our team will arrive to your event one hour before start time and set up the bar area with the alcohol you have available. All bartender tools will be with our servers. Our talented staff will serve for maximum of 6 hours. We will then clean up the bar area and repack your alcohol for easy removal.
